REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Interior Ministry advised Executing Jakarta Governor Djarot Saiful Hidayat to discuss Regional Government Working Plan (RKPD) with Jakarta Governor-elect and Deputy Governor-elect, Anies Baswedan and Sandiaga Uno related their programs.

Director General of Regional Autonomy Soni Sumarsono said the RKPD would be like a gift, Djarot acted as the wrapper and the gift itself came from Anies-Sandi.

"For example, the executive should understand Oke Oce program or 0 percent of down payment. It should be discussed. It's ok to discuss," said him on Friday (May 26).

According to Soni, there were three alternatives. The first was letting the executive undergo chapter 1 to 4. The next chapter would be handed over to Anies Sandi. Secondly, this was the most extrem as 100 percents were executed by executives.

He said RKPD might not wait Middle Term Regional Development Plan (RPJMD) for it would take too much time. After October 2017, there would be many abandoned programs.

"Anies-Sandi's programs should be in line with national programs on RKP and Jakarta's provincial government long term program," he said.

Regional budgets were still going to be Djarot's task. He should finished it until October 2017 as his promise to Jakarta people. Meanwhile, there were still two months for Anies-Sandi to prepare.

"What being the concern of Anies-Sandi should be included. The remaining funds should be used. Two months should be measured well.

"What could be finished during two months should be executed. If it cannot be finished on two months, rejected it," he said.
